Delivery & Payment Policy

Delivery times

• Lagos: Order before 11am for same-day Lagos delivery — as fast as 3 hours.
• Nationwide: typically 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
• Orders placed before 11am are processed the same day; later orders are processed the next working day.

Delivery areas

We currently serve most parts of Lagos with same-day delivery and deliver nationwide by courier. If your address is outside our same-day zone, contact us and we will arrange a suitable delivery to your area.

Delivery rates

Delivery is charged based on your location and is confirmed during your order call before dispatch. We do not advertise "free delivery" — instead we keep delivery fast and transparent, and you only pay once your order is confirmed.

How pay on delivery works

• Place your order and confirm it on our follow-up call.
• We dispatch your sealed, original product.
• You inspect the package on arrival and pay the dispatch rider in cash.

Card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Verve) is available on request for prepaid orders.

At the point of delivery

Please check your item when it arrives. Once you accept and sign for the package, ownership passes to you. If anything is wrong, tell the dispatch rider before signing — see our returns policy.
