Returns & Refunds Policy

We want every order to be right. Here is what happens if something goes wrong.

Wrong or damaged items

If we deliver a wrong or damaged item — where the damage was caused by us — we will happily replace it at no additional cost, provided the item remains sealed. Please check your package at the point of delivery and tell the dispatch rider before you sign.

How to report an issue

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery by phone, email or WhatsApp.
  • Share your order details and a photo of the item if possible.
  • We will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue quickly.

Health & safety

For health and safety reasons, opened or unsealed supplements cannot be returned unless they were faulty or incorrectly supplied by us. This protects every customer and keeps our products safe.

Refunds for unfulfilled orders

Because most orders are pay on delivery, you are not charged until you receive your package — so there is rarely anything to refund. If a prepaid order cannot be fulfilled and this is confirmed on both sides, your payment is reimbursed in full.

Cancellations

You can cancel before dispatch at no cost — just call or message us. Once an order has been dispatched, please refuse delivery if you no longer want it, rather than accepting and then returning it.
