- Choose a product, click order, and enter your name and phone number. A pharmacy agent calls to confirm your order and delivery address. You can also order directly on WhatsApp.
- No. Pay on delivery is available across Nigeria — you pay cash when your order arrives. We also accept Visa, Mastercard and Verve for prepaid orders on request.
- Order before 11am for same-day Lagos delivery — as fast as 3 hours. Outside Lagos, delivery is typically 3–7 working days nationwide.
- We deliver across Nigeria. We cover most parts of Lagos with same-day delivery; for other states we arrange courier delivery to your address. Contact us to confirm timing for your area.
- Yes. We source genuine products from trusted suppliers and inspect every batch before dispatch. Items arrive sealed. These are food supplements, not medicines.
- If we deliver a wrong or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost, provided it remains sealed. See our returns policy for full details.
- You can cancel before dispatch — just call or message us. Because most orders are pay on delivery, you are never charged until you receive and accept your package.
- The supplements we sell are over-the-counter food supplements and do not require a prescription. If you take medication or manage a health condition, ask our pharmacist before use.
