About our products

The products sold by Oxycline Pharmacy are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the label and consult a pharmacist or doctor before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication or managing a health condition.

Orders and confirmation

• Placing an order is a request to buy. Your order is confirmed during our follow-up call.
• We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock or the request appears fraudulent.
• Prices are shown in Nigerian naira (₦) and may change; the price confirmed on your call applies.

Payment

Pay on delivery (cash) is our standard method — you pay when your order arrives. We never ask for prepayment to a personal account. Card payment is available on request for prepaid orders.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. See our delivery policy for details. Ownership and risk pass to you once you receive and accept the package.

Returns

If we deliver a wrong or damaged item, we will replace it — see our returns policy. Inspect your package at the point of delivery and tell the dispatch rider of any issue before you sign.
